Lots of small businesses interact with customers on Facebook. To help them out, Facebook has launched a new app for them. This new app is called Facebook Business Suite.
The app merges Instagram and Messenger into one inbox. Under this inbox, small business owners can interact with customers across Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram.
The Facebook Business Suite
In a blog post, COO Sheryl Sandberg said that owners could now manage their online stores using the Business Suite app. The company also plans to include WhatsApp to the Business Suite.
Small business owners can post on both Instagram and Facebook at once. The business app also gives page insights. Moreover, the app also tells owners how well their ad campaigns are doing.

Plans to Merge Facebook Apps
In February 2019, Facebook had announced plans to combine its apps for business. Moreover, the company also wants users to send chats across every Facebook-owned app.
Facebook’s Small Business Focus
Facebook had also just shared its new small business research. Since COVID-19 struck, around 48% of customers said they bought more stuff online. Meanwhile, 73% of customers said they started going to new businesses. At least one of those businesses was small, too.
