Android Central reported that YouTube would grant its Premium subscribers access to the streaming site’s new features. This news also appeared on YouTube’s experimental page. On the page, YouTube said users could share feedback on new features. Moreover, the site will now ask you to sign up for YouTube Premium if you want access to the new features.

According to The Verge, Premium subscribers can test watching sound videos and seeking on YouTube for iOS. For Chrome users, you can try voice-searching YouTube videos on the website. Moreover, you can also try filtering topics by language. While this access should excite users, YouTube says users only have access for a limited time.

Android Central guesses that forcing people to sign up for YouTube Premium to get the new features should help YouTube get more paying users.
