The Colonize Mars NFT Game and Token Reward System have been released.
It was published on Jazelle Garzeski’s blog on November 1, 2021.
With the launch of its web-based platform, which allows gamers to produce Martia coin rewards with their NFTs, Colonise Mars hit a significant milestone on its roadmap this weekend. A day late and expected server load concerns notwithstanding, players can now try out the game and allocate their Hiking trails to ownership cards. The project’s in-game money, Martia Tokens, can now be earned by players.
Although it’s still early, Colonize Mars has already hosted two popular pack auctions and launched a rarity upgrade mechanism. There was nothing to do with NFTs other than admiring the graphics at the time. Players can now “stake” (it’s not staking, but more on this later) them to earn Martia Tokens utilising the web platform available at Mars. Cards, which you launched this weekend.
In the beginning, there were a few glitches with the new online platform. First, the game’s release was postponed because the developers discovered a bug one day. Most individuals had problems with the website after the project went live the following day. Within a couple of hours, everything was functioning smoothly, and my Colonize Mars NFTs were all collecting Martia Tokens as a result.
A few significant features have been removed in the short period since introduction, probably for further testing by the team. The most devastating changes were losing access to Martia’s ongoing balance and its “claim” button, and I fully expect these functions to be re-added by the developers shortly.
Note that this version is considered Stage 2: Establishment (Beta) and primarily aims to launch the platform and generate tokens. The project’s timeline states that you will complete phase 2 by early 2022.

Ownership Cards vs Standard Cards
Colonize Mars NFT: Basis cards and property cards were a common source of misunderstanding on the Establish a colony Mars Discord server, where I was lurking at the time of the game’s introduction. To get things started, let’s define these two card kinds.
Most of the game’s NFTs may be found on base cards and the stand-in for many things, including structures, infrastructure, tools, power producers, scientists, and even astronauts. To play the game, players must have a minimum number of base cards, with higher rarity cards providing greater rewards, and significant Staking base cards to ownership cards is how they are put to use.
Ownership cards are one-of-a-kind, pricey, and extremely difficult to come by. Objects like rovers are the same as base cards, except they are matched to a piece of machinery on the map. To obtain Martia, players must stake the base cards on ownership cards. However, only the owner of the ownership cards is rewarded with a fee (which they determine). In other play-to-earn games, “land” cards are analogous to ownership cards.
Each player’s base cards of the same kind are automatically included in the assignment when a base card is assigned to an ownership card. You cannot separate the cards of the same type amongst ownership cards. Players can unite all cargo ship cards, for example, by assigning a card to a cargo vessel ownership card that the group of players has chosen.
There are many different ways to describe staking. Remove the Imperfects in your wallet and store them somewhere else to secure them (such as R-Planet). With Colonize Mars, the Colonize Mars NFTs will not be leaving the planet, and the Martia tokens stay in your wallet and continue to be generated. Even while developers and the community refer to this as staking, it’s important to note that your NFTs will not leave your wallet when you stake.
Is There A Way To Get Martia Tokens?
Colonise Mars’ in-game currency, the Martia Token, will be heavily utilised as the game’s content expands. The game’s only goal is to obtain the Martia token for the time being.
As stated above, you can stake them on the owning cards to get Martia tokens. Card types, rarity, and fees imposed by the owning card on which you bet an item all go into how much money you can expect to make.
Because your collection’s strength directly reflects what Martia the Version will produce, rarity is an essential consideration in Colonize Mars. The unique power of each card is displayed in the above display on the “Profile” tab. For example, a Dark Energy card can yield over three Epic cards.
This year’s introduction of a rarity-based mechanism for increasing card strength was made possible in large part by this system. When upgrading a standard card to an uncommon one, for instance, it takes six cards. A single, distinctive card has an extra 0.5 strength above the six traditional cards you started with, giving it a total power of 6.5. There is a constant desire to buy and discard cards to build the most substantial collection.
Colonize Mars NFT: You can earn only MARTIA tokens at this time. However, introducing this functionality initially serves a purpose. The team plans to add more assets to the game in the upcoming release, which users could see on the project’s roadmap. Tokens aren’t the only way for players to generate these, and these materials could be used to “power up” your current cards, and there will likely be many more features to come shortly.
Were You Aware Of The Interface For Colonize Mars NFT?
You could have done all of the things we’ve spoken about thus far with a simple meal plan. The development team requested a “playing” release, rather than a “fairly simple menu,” was asked for by the development team. When a player signs in, they are immediately presented with the stunning Colony Map, which they can explore at their leisure.
I can honestly say that there isn’t much to do on the map right now. At launch, it was possible to click on an object and see its ownership NFT, but that capability is currently unavailable. Having that knowledge would serve no purpose at this time.
The “Earn” menu is where you’ll be spending the majority of your time for the time being. Nevertheless, the importance placed and continuous colony map with some fantastic visuals is promising. The next section of the roadmap focuses on implementing the map.
You’ll be capable of playing this game on the go as new features are added to the web-based platform. You found no issues on my phone or tablet with this rollout.
This project has reached a critical goal in an industry plagued by delays, and its launch was ultimately successful (despite a few bumps in the road). I’m excited to see what the team has in store for the future. To maximise your Martia production, it’s time to start collecting and upgrading NFTs.
Colonize Mars NFT Is what?
The Wax blockchain is now being used to create a strategic colonies simulation game called “Colonize Mars.” Player-created NFTs aid colony growth and eventually produce land expansions and player-owned hubs. In the first phase, players obtain Martia tokens as prizes if they stake and manage cards regularly. It is only the beginning of what will be a long and exciting journey.
